Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a secure area, just off Close to the shoreline and dining options and shopping options and stores and restaurants. Central location of this hip new venue was a bonus. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Birch Pond.

I was really impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The lady at the bar was amazing! Truly a highlight of my meal.

It wasn't cheap, but still, worth it for the experience.

This is our third visit to this hotel in the past 4 years.The location was good for us since we were visiting family in the area. The place was close to restaurants and shopping locations are all around. The room was clean and the towels were amazing. Great water pressure in the shower. I like the fact that there were two bottles of water waiting for us on arrival at the room. They did some renovations at the lobby and restaurant (new carpets and furniture).

The parking was full when we arrived at 10PM but eventually we found a spot (I guess they had some kind of an event that night and there were some guests that were using all the parking spots). Check in was okay I guess. The door to our room was very dirty at the bottom (needs some fresh paint). At around 3 AM on the first night we woke up to laud music and lots of noise coming from one of the rooms on our floor. Eventually the noise quite down at 5 AM and we managed to sleep till 8 AM (it was fine on the second night). The heater in the room made a lot of noise during the night when it came on (I ended up turning it off completely on the second night).Looks like some people that are not guests were wandering around the premisses (maybe some security should take care of this issue).

Room was very clean and neat. Amenities were convenient such as restaurant, bar, pool in hotel. Loved the service.

Drainage in the tub was a little slow. Water filled the tub while taking a shower and toilet went down slow.
